On the fifth day…5 Mountain Climbers
On the 6th day…6 Sweat Angles

Mosey to Benches
Hail Mary: Partner up, near picnic table or other such object. First man planking on ground, second man with his legs on first back doing dips with his hands on picnic table. flapjack after each set. Each Partner = 3 sets

Cliff Hanger Merkin: Partner 1 gets in Incline Merk position on Wall then partner 2 grabs partner ones legs and perform number of Merks assigned by the Q
Each Partner = 3 Sets

*Good to meet / see Triple Threat this morn.
*Great effort by all this morning. Most got in a full workout other than the 10 break by Bronco for a growler at HT and Mechanic setting a bad example for the other 2.0 by jellylubing
*Schoolbus was out for a brisk morning walk with his M while on the IR and tried to hijack the announcements
*Still planting the virtual shovel flag until The Farm decides to show up for a bootcamp.

*Operation Sweet Tooth – get your new, unopened toys and cash to FlyBoy by Monday. He will send out another request so keep your eyes peeled.
*Davis Lake New Years Eve EVE bash at Turf-N-Turf’s Casa on Saturday Dec 30th. Please RSVP to the evite sent to all PAX via email and Slack
