Various and assorted arm stretches

Mosey to the hole, the center, the meeting place of the hills.

The Thang:
20 Merkins

20 Stump Jumpers

20 Freddy Mercs

Run up and down a hill (order of hills – Louise past new Mayor’s house and an ominous parked landscaping truck on the verge of rolling down the hill and killing us all courtesy of Grover, Virginia to Hillcrest, Sunnyside, other Louise hill past the actual new Mayor and his Secret Service who politely clapped for us all, and other Virginia hill to Corbin)

Repeat three exercises between each hill.

• Some unnamed Pax seemed reluctant to lay on the slightly wet road for Freddy Mercs and substituted some IST looking thing in its place
