Derkins x 10 IC
Paleo Squat
Arm Circles x 2 sets

Mosey with brick down Corban to belly of whale (again with brick in front and when called held over head with 2 hands)

Wall Chair holding brick at 90 degrees
Hip Slappers x 10 IC (think balls to wall but just half way then alternating slapping your hip using your hands in a 4 count) Absolute Shoulder shredder..Fire Chicken should never do these because of congenitally weak shoulders since birth.

MOLESKIN:

WOW! So Anvil did this exact same WOD in APRIL. He was at the back of the pack and struggling hard. He asked me to consider a repeat less than 9 months later. Since then he has lost almost 50 lbs. And guess who was at the front of the pack the entire time. Yup. ANVIL.  MOST IMPROVED PAX EVER in such short amount of time. Guess who led up da rear as PAX Q snow patrol. Yup. Ol Blue. aka Indy. BCR still defending his Brees trade to Grover who is reportedly blow up like a whale since the BRR.  EL AL and PT talked the whole time about Deertick and what he wore to a party the other night. We combed our hair with bricks in his honor and hope he gets well soon. KGB was keeping it quiet in honor of Catfish.Great to see Cupid and his man beard. Prayers for all including TPs family in passing of his of mother in law. THIS SAT IS SANTA SCRAMBLE. REMEMBER TO WEAR F3 shirt and POST for this CSAUP event.
