Despite my pre-blast neither Psycho or ElAl showed.  Disappointed as well BD was not here but he was with the superior Kannon who had 13 PAX!   Luther was present, although Q showed up right at 5:29 and 47 seconds so I didn’t hear any chatter about the Panthers woe’s.  As soon as I locked my truck we started moseying.  Weather fantastic.  2 minutes and 37 seconds into the workout the 43 degree temps felt perfect.  Only thing that could have made it better was the magic tingle brought on by a pre-workout application of Gold Bond.

5 stations.  Mosey between stations.

 

15 of each the following at each station:

1. Air squats
2. WW2’s
3. Merkins
4. Bear crawl from parking lot bumper to bottom of steps (about 27 Bear Crawl steps) and up the steps.
5. KGB’s (4 count)

 

On 3rd round quadrophilia up the ramp, KGB’s, then down the steps.

 

Repeato until time is called.  Everyone completed 4.5 to 5 rounds.  If Q would have realized that Carolina courts is approximately 24 seconds away from Theatre parking lot we probably could have kept digging for another few minutes to reach 6 total rounds.

Prayers for my wife’s grandmother Polly (89 years old.  Fell and broke her hip.  In recovery now after surgery.  She’s got Alzheimer’s.  My mother in law is a saint for taking her in), for my niece Reagan who’s battling through some breathing/athsma/allergy/infection/etc…  Also prayers for everyone who wasn’t in attendance and that we would be leaders.

 

Great core work at the end with the 3 minute elbow plank.  We’ve done 2 minutes a few times, but that extra minute makes a huge difference in the level of difficulty.  Luther didn’t even utter any audible profanities (least not loud enough to be heard by all) this time.  No Grover, KGB, frostbite, Phiddip or Trick Daddy this morning, which meant no one got passed during the Roval rounds.  Always anticipate Skinner arriving out of nowhere at 5:29 but he no showed this morning.
