7 men showed up in the dark for some bootcamp. After a brief disclaimer, one the Q could have directed more effectively toward himself, they were off.

Warmorama-
Carolina dry dock
Imperial storm trooper
Side straddle hop
Windmill
Cotton pickers
Mountain climbers
Merkins
2 Burpees

Mosey tour w/ Burpee (4,6,8,10, & 8)-
They did most of the Tradition mile, stopping along the way:
People’s chair
Balls to the wall
Merkins
WWII sit-ups
Squats
Little baby crunch
Bear crawl
Lunge walk
And of course, more Burpees

They ended the main event with some sprints and then settled in for Mary. The Q sustained a shoulder injury, so after a couple half arsed exercises, he called a people’s Q to round out the morning.
