7 men posted for what was going to be a modified Murph.   YHC changed plans to accommodate 2-3 of the Pax who were whining about running. Here is what I remember from the modified accommodations:

Warmaroma

Run to Harris Teeter parking lot for a three rounds of balls to the wall, peoples chair, and 10 muscle ups.

10 dips, incline mercans, bear crawls,

Amoeba led for 10 minutes as we ran in the dirt and up hills

Run back for rocks and mary.
