Roll into the gloom ready for Q school a little before 0500.  Glad not to see Sugar to let me know I did it wrong.  Extra Credit for Heatstroke, El Sabado, Anvil, Life Alert, Project who showed to get better and support our first Q school in a while.  Covered the what, when, why and how of F3Nation.  What a gift it has been to me over the years.  Privileged to give it away to others.

Finished up and headed back to the main lot to round up the others.  Hit the road to the original RS Home and circle up by the boulder where Life Alert stepped up and led us in Warmarama

SSH, Merkins, very slow MCs, IST and I think that was all.  Apologies LA if I left one out.  Mosey to the Brickhouse for some wall work.

Round 1 Wall jumps and Muscle ups Round 2 Donkey kicks and wall dips

Noticing how quiet everyone was but didn’t want to encourage any heckling so kept quiet.

Mosey to the Parking lot for some broad jumps every line to the circle Hit the planter boxes for the following: 10 Merkins and 10 stepups each leg. 10 Incline Merkins and 10 jump ups.  10 Derkins and 10 stepups each leg.

Mosey to the stairs for partner wheel barrows complete with a merkin each step.  1 for each partner

reverse spiderman up the stairs with Merkin each step single file.  Squat at bottom and top til your turn and everyone is finished.  Indian Run back to the homestead.  Somewhere along the run back Marie Calendar joined us made up for a whole workout of mumblechatter in 5 min.  I’ll take it as a complement that he would rather run than endure my beatdown.  Circle up for the People’s Mary.

Great job by all.  Continue to be blown away by the commitment and progress buy the newer Pax and consistency by our elders.  Make sure you don’t let this Q school pass without signing up to Q.  I will post in Slack so you can sign up.  The more Q’s the more variety and less burned out the regulars become.  #Growth!  Good livin is living outside your comfort zone.  Take this and apply to your personal and professional lives.
