24 total joined together for a glorious trip to village park with an early detour because under pass was not open at 7am (Note to other Qs)

Warmup: Mosey to Ktown Furniture parking lot and COP
SSH x 20 (IC)
Hillbillies x 15 (IC)
TP Hamstring Stretch 2 – 10 count

Thang: Mosey to Village Park with two workout spots approx. 1/8 mile apart, representing Cincinnati and its 513 area code (Cincinnati is home office of Q’s employer Fifth Third Bank)
Merry Go Round
5 = 50 LBCs
1 = 10 Burpees
3 = 30 Merkins

Playground shelter
5 = 50 Squats
1 = 10 Pullups
3 = 30 Dips on Picnic Table

Repeato until Q calls time (Pax completed 4 to 6 ½ full sets)

Mosey to underpass tunnel for the China Grove 2 step x 10
China Grove 2 step = Balls to wall, Q calls right move 2 hand steps, Q calls left move 2 hand steps = 1 (All pax loved this and asked if we could do more often)

Mary: J-Lows x 10 (IC)

Broga including Downward Dog, Cobra and Child Pose

Moleskin: Fantastic group of men on a perfect morning. Anvil and Fresh Cut added a pre workout run and Sugar along with some other buddies did some pre-Rucking. Workout allowed you to see all pax and give encouragement or have conversation which is great for Q. It was an arm burner and Burpees, Merkins and Dips really challenged toward the end. Many told Q they were having great fun when passed going from station 1 to station 2. Had to dodge a few park dog walkers especially one giant 1 pound dog. Gate to underpass opened at 7:37 to Q’s delight as the China Grove 2 step was planned for beginning of workout but Q had to detour. All enjoy the feeling of hand stands and the blood rush especially when we are well rested. Q was gassed after 2 step and took me awhile to gain my stride on run back to Mary. Rooster led the way as he got tired of waiting on Q. All in all great workout with marvelous story time at Coffeteria as BCR, Exit and myself continue to recruit many possible BRR runners next year. Homeland is a runner he just doesn’t know it.
