Nice, Flat, and Muggy Cruise

This humidity is getting old real quick. I don’t think we went 5 mins without someone complaining about it this morning (usually @Dingo). Some men pre-ran, 1 man pre and post ran and others ran the cruise (we all should have done just that).
Glad to have @Brutus back from Africa with a great report and a #HIM story on how he told the Ugandan Police like it is!

When I got home today and starting having some time with the Lord, he reminded me via the Verse of the Day on my Bible app, 1 Timothy 4:8 ESV – “for while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.”
What we are doing with our bodies is good men, but be reminded that devotion to the Lord is better and will always be better. Both are possible but don’t let physical training get in the way of spiritual training and growth!
