Once upon a time a king went wild (like the predators on Zootopia). He ran off into the wilderness. His mind was like the mind of a beast. Palace life was consigned to oblivion, and he made his dwelling with the beasts of the field. He was made to eat grass like an ox, his body was wet with the dew of heaven, his hair grew as long as eagles’ feathers, and his nails were like birds’ claws. This was God’s mercy to the man, for the man had become proud and completely puffed up about “his” empire. After some time God restored the king’s reason, and the king knew that the Most High rules the kingdoms of men and gives them to whom He will.

*Run around the bldg 5 times (20 dips and 10 burpees every lap, for a total of 100 dips & 50 burpees).

Bear crawl from one island to the next, crab walk or lunge walk the next stretch between islands, burpee broad jump the last stretch.

Backwards run the parking lot loop.
