WARM-UP:

Mosey to the CUMC parking lot, SSH x 25 (IC)

Mosey to the 5/3 parking lot, Windmills x 15 (IC)

Mosey to the gates of the Muckle Flugga, Smurf Jacks x 20 (IC)

Mosey to the first bridge

THE THANG:

Bear crawl across the bridge, 10 Carolina Drydocks, turn around and bear crawl back across the bridge, 10 Carolina Drydocks

Mosey down to the greenway split, Three Cycle Merkens (wide stance, regular stance, diamonds):

• 9-9-9
• 8-8-8
• 5-5-5

Mosey to the hill by the Corban St entrance, hill sprint repeats (each man did 5 sprints)

Mosey to the Belly of the Whale, handwalk to the mouth, 10 steps each direction

Mosey to the parking lot circle, Jack Webbs 1-9 Merkens, 2-18 air presses

Mosey back to the AO

MARY:

El Ab led some yoga exercises while I rounded up the stragglers (except I forgot one).

MOLESKIN:

We had nine men there at post time, and those nine did the workout you see above.  Look-Me-Up and three other newbs got there a few minutes late and did their own THANG in the parking deck.  I had never met Latex, Mouthpiece or Mighty Mouse so when I saw the four of them emerge from the deck my first thought is Look-Me-Up had ditched us for a new workout group.  I actually felt a little sorry for him for a second, thinking how embarrassing it must be for him to bump into us like this.  Anyways, it all got sorted out back at Mary.

Or so we thought – we were walking to our cars when it occurred to us that Anvil had never made it back to the Train.  Apparently he had taken a wrong turn on Spring and tacked on a couple miles of extra credit.  He looked none worse for it when he got back though – you got a leg up on the rest of us today, Anvil.

Good to see you guys again.  Especially good to see the Coal Train again.  I’ve been to AO’s all over MECA in the past month, rallying the troops for SPEEDFORNEED, but this really is the best AO in our region.  Hope to lead there again soon.
