So I guess the answer is yes… in short.  Most of us are, in some way, crazy.  A couple of MH PAX are conspiring to join the upcoming CSAUP event July 29th.  The rucks keep popping up around MH.

YHC was coming in for a little pre-run.  Unfortunately mother nature called and time slipped away.  When YHC finally arrived, Chum had already planted our flag and had headed off into the gloom for some solitary miles.  Apparently he read my telepathic messaged and turned back.  Rather than miles, we spent some time stretching and discussing philosophy of family life.  Oh the joys of teenagers.

Speaking of challenges… and rucks, YHC had to audible pretty early this morning after seeing all the ruck packs manifest in the dim parking lot light.

What happened next went something like this:

Capri Lap:

• Mosey towards entrance so we can see any late comers
• SSH (20x IC)
• IW (20x IC)
• Hillbillies (20x IC)
• Peter Parkers (20x IC)
• Parker Peters (20x IC)
• Recover

Tha Thang Part 1:

• Mosey to gate next to big balls for Fire Lane Suicides
• Mosey to the word “FIRE” and drop for 5 LBCs
• Crab Walk (or Bear Crawl) back to word “LANE” for 5 more LBCs
• Mosey to next “FIRE” and repeat until we found ourselves at other side of the school
• Ping Pong for 6

Tha Thang Part 2:

• Mosey to playground for Murph Inspired 4 Corners
• 1st corner 5 Pull-ups (as true to form as possible)
• 2nd corner 10 Merkins
• 3rd corner 15 Squats
• 4th corner 20 Plank Jacks
• Track is about 1/2 mile per lap
• Repeat until YHC calls time

• Good work guys!  MH is determined to post a better Murph on Labor Day.
• From what I could tell most everyone got at least 4 laps in before time was called.
• You ruck guys are beasts!
• Good to hear Chum now has a new skill under his belt after yesterday.  Leading deaf and blind athletes is pretty dang cool.  TCLAPS to our fearless site Q for stepping up.
• Some of you crazy nut jobs were mumbling about a CSAUP ruck event called Mastodon.  15 miles with 30 minute pain stations over 10 hours sounds Completely Stupid and Utterly Pointless for sure.
