Eleven pax posted for a foggy beatdown. We moseyed from AO south on Union St thru downtown, hung right on Corban Ave, right on Spring St, left at Carolina Courts and up steps until arrived at Warm-o-Rama destination at bottom/first floor of parking deck.

Warm-o-Rama via Tabata-style (exercises 1-7 performed in 40 second ON, 20 second REST fashion):
1) merk dogs
2) windmills
3) Freddy merks
4) air squats
5) cobra, alternating supermans and touch toes
6) walk out merks
7) burpees
8) one-minute plank

After completing Tabata, pax moseyed to Carolina Courts for a continuous jogging cycle containing five work stations w/ first station at bottom of stairs at the Courts, and then jogging up stairs to parking deck to complete the four remaining work stations (stop to work at each parking deck level/station):

1) hand release merks (10 singles)
2) v-ups (…)
3) burpees (…)
4) reverse crunches (…)
5) spider man merks (…)

Run back to bottom of Courts to recycle and continue and time called at 6:12am. After time called, pax moseyed back to AO for Mary which consisted of brief light stretching.

MISC:
-Indy didn’t post due to scouting high school basketball talent last night with Coach Roy Williams and “daddy”– he was tired and needed more snuggle-bunny action w/ Mrs Teri this morning
-Rick didn’t post… read above about chauffeur. He’s still mulling over whether to join 6-man BRR team w/ Rooster, Exit, et al.
-BD is surreptitiously planning a coup: he wants to be master Q for Concord– Indy’s days may be numbered.
-SB cafe time real good– had a foursome w/ KGB, Grover, BD and QIC— BD wooing pax in quaint environment w/ caffeine stimulation to persuade overthrow of Indy
-Popeye needs to post… he really needs to (I texted him here and there– someone else please do bf he eats all the whataburgers up in the county)
-Underdog is posting regularly and looking good
-Prayers for those affected by the devastation of breast cancer, including S&W and family, and Jason Easley, my high school friend, who is at Baptist Hospital with severe burns.
