Wow, what a turn out for a Saturday!

Warmup: SSH, Cotton pickers, ISTs, Toy Soldiers, Merkins

The Thang: Pt. 1 (Tennis Courts) – suicides, partner up – run/burpies, bear crawl/LBCs, karaoke/MMM, Balls to the wall x 2; Pt. 2 (playgound) – dips, incline merkin, decline merkin, repeato; Pt. 3 (rocks) – 8-point Burners, low curl, high curl, skull crusher, rows, chest press, skull crusher; Pt. 4 (lap around the block); Pt. 5 (hill ladder) – 8 merkins, 1 LBC

Mary: 6″ lift, Rosalitas, Bridge Builders, J Lo, Pretzel twist

Audible: Quiet group for the most part without The Farm, KJ or Piston present! There were chuckles after the Mary request for 6″ and the reply “only need half?”, to which I clarified “feet off the ground” followed by my response “congratulations!”

A little F2 at Chuck’s – Amoeba, Bluebird, Preamble and School Bus (glad to see my fraternity brother School Bus has joined the F3 brotherhood)
