Nine lean and mean PAX completed a rather ambitious workout in
25-degrees temperature. We stayed moving to mitigate below-freezing
temperature.

Mosey from Coaltrane to Steps beside Post Office where we partnered
up and completed two rounds of one partner jogging up steps and
completing a running loop while other partner performs burpees; after
two rounds of the aforementioned, two more rounds of same partner-fun
fashion, but still jogging steps and then core (V-ups or that
hands-feet core thing Indi invented) replacing burpees. After
completing four consecutive rounds (with no pause), we active-rested a
couple minutes with back stretches: cobra, downward-facing dog, and
scorpions (front and back). PAX elected next to have fun on the
Greenway over Quadromania-burpee option at Parking Deck. So,…

we Moseyed down the Greenway (from Post Office entrance) and performed
ten burpees at Mcgee Park parking lot and then continued the mosey
back to Mary via Cabarrus Avenue incline and Union St.

MARY consisted of 15 slow freddie merks (in cadence) and planks.

2) Thanks PT for telling the gripers at McGee Park to zip it and,
“follow the Q” (as if we couldn’t make it in ten mins back to Mary).
3) Thanks Dr. Doo Doo for again not posting for my Q and confirming
you’re my best friend, but not vice-versa.
4) Again, I inquire: where the hell is Liger? I miss that dude. Is he
new defensive coordinator for the War Eagle?
5) Most importantly, be mindful of the little girl (Bay City wifey’s
dance student) who lost her mommy very recently to cancer. Allow us to
complain less about much-less important things. May His grace and
love comfort her, her family and friends.
