Six of the older, stronger stallions of F3 gathered at Christ Church on Saturday, the 19th. Present were DA, Angler, Clapton, Viking, Double Trouble and Horse. We hustled through a plethora of exercises, including but not limited to (spent too much time around lawyers), side straddle hops, burpees, planks, wall walking, pushups, planks with rotations, chair, sit ups, Rosalitas, leg lifts, dips, more side straddle hops, push ups, stretches, dips and burpees. No one passed out but several were breathing rather hard,except for Horse who hardly broke a sweat.
