THE THANG: Ruck under weight around the track and bridges trading off on coupons. Stopped along the way to do a few different exercises. Coupons were 40lb sandbag, 45lb Jerry Can, 35lb Kettle Bell

MOLESKIN: Thankful for no rain and not having to do a workout in the tunnel. Good to see Justin out there starting to get after it. Zombie ruck was a nod to the season, we did move a bit slower, but nothing more really…. Good to get a few miles in under weight….
