MOLESKIN: GoRuck events mainly consist of two things: PT and heavy movements. We covered the latter. The idea was to switch the two sandbags amongst the three of us…but with GS having a Double Heavy coming up, he just carried one of the 60s the entire 3 miles :muscle: QIC let Handy Manny carry the 60 on all the uphills.
