THE THANG:
Since there was a lack of participation in the coupon department. Punishment was in store with a heavy loop around the speedway. Mixed in some sandbag low carries which brought out the whining from the pax. Stopped a couple times for rest and 5x SB Deadlift, 5x SB Clean, 5x SB Press, and 5x SB Squats.

Performed sandbag weight check and surprisingly Gulfstream’s cocaine bag came out the heaviest, edging out Heatstroke’s by a hair.
