Moleskin:
- Thanks to the Pax for a record post! Let’s break the record again, next week.
- Nice to see @Pharaoh from Tradition and @Showtunes from Area 51. Let’s see some Pax from some other AOs . . . Concord? Highlands?
- @Solo Cup and @Escalade were out there practicing for their inevitable Q’s in July. Anyone else interested in leading, say the word and YHC will set up a special Q training workout.
- New Pose Name: Yurpees- from wide-legged stance, walk hands out until body is in plank position, merkin, walk hands back to a standing position, repeat. Thanks @Showtunes.
Peace,
Deuce

@Duce TClaps brother great work
Thanks! Like to see you out here sometime.
Love me some “Broga”, awesome job brother
Thanks! Two weeks until it’s your turn.
Deuce, great numbers! Thanks again for the leadership.
I may have been a little dilirious from chasing BBQ and SSMinnow around Harrisburg, but upon our return, I wasn’t sure what was more disturbing: a)the bare feet, b)Show Tunes’ socks or c)Solo Cup’s “I just woke up and left the house” workout attire. But hey, it looked good on you all.
Strong work. As Escalade said, it’s a lot harder than it sounds!
Good point! New dress code: Combat Boots, Camo pants, and F3 t-shirt.
Perhaps to ad to the workout attire, Gump could ride his bike and strike his pose in his Orange F3 Cycle Suit
Negative Ghost Rider the pattern is full.
Gump in his bike/wrestling suit is a sight I cannot unsee. Please, never again. May be time to get a bigger suit? One that doesn’t give a man a camel toe.
Be honest, Gamma…you wish you were barefoot too. I have to admit, ShowTune’s socks were flat out hideous and SoloCup had me concerned that he forgot to put real shorts on.
Deuce,
Thanks for letting me join your Broga session. It was just what I needed. See ya in a couple weeks for another one! Great Lead!
Looking forward to it. Thanks for coming out.
Deuce, you really had a strong Q. Great job pulling out the stops and pushing us.
