Cruising with ‘Master P’

Is that the heater? Yes it was. YHC noticed it while ‘prepping’ form todays #DRP. This is gonna be good but I may need gloves. There are 2 things that need to be warm while running: hands and ears. Just sayin! Cruising weather is back!
But I digress. Having done a lot of Fish-boning lately, YHC thought it might be good to get back to actual cruising. Why?? My opinion (you wanna share your opinion sign up to Q and write a BB) is that while Fishbone is a challenging, fast paced cardio beatdown, distance running delivers endurance and stamina. Ok, before you soccer-armed waif-like runners reach for the login to comment about 3.4 not really being long distance running, remember that not all of us are built to run marathons. Thus, not all of us are built to dominate Boot Camps! Yes, I just went there. Sooooo, let’s do ‘The P’!
Left out of WROES on Moss Farm taking a right on Moss Plantation. Left on Village Commons and Frogger to Wellington Chase neighborhood. Follow Wellington Chase Dr, right on Treeline, right on Lockwood then left back on Wellington chase Dr. Frogger round 2 back to Moss Creek/Village Commons and reverso back to WROES!
Lead runner stats: 3.45 @ 7:41 pace. All complete about 1:30 after.

Great job today by all PAX! Really, pretty decent times for having done a lot of pain-station cruising lately. Hope you enjoyed the variation of this morning.
Thanks for spending the morning out there with me today. I may have done it alone but not at a pace like that. Funny how accountability works without saying a word to one another; Iron Sharpens Iron happens with or without F2. I could feel each of you out there as I was trying to catch and trying not to be caught! Another awesome F3 morning!!

5 is a pretty decent number! – But we need more!!
Thanks again guys – that was actually fun!
Just when I think I know what’s happening, ie Fishbone, you throw me for a loop and drag me all over creation.
You’re welcome! You’ll get your payback when we start GoRuck training!
@Sugar – Well done Sir! I certainly enjoy your Back Blasts much more than my own. If I hadn’t been there, I would have regretted it after reading your colorful account.
Great job by all. It was nice to put down a few continuous miles today after the regular torture of the fishbone lately.

Sharknado is still signed up for tomorrow’s Q. It’s been a while since I’ve been through a Marie Calendar beat down. #justsayin
Good call, Sugar, we were just talking about the need to do some “running only” Cruisin’ as an alternative to Fishbone, thanks for delivering. Agree the non-stop pain of a continuous run is different than the Fishbone that allows some stops for recovery.
Sparknut was flying as usual. Milkbone is getting his first taste of cooler weather workouts- don’t worry, it will get a lot colder than today.
Good to see Whatley come out with the regulars, and hope to see more PAX next time.
Until next time.
