Mosey to the rail for Stop #1…

• Partner 1 alternates between 5 Dips and 5 LBCs
• Partner 2 runs to the playground for 5 Pull Ups and 5 Reverse Crunches x 3
• Switch for 3 rounds
• Rail Plank until the PAX is done

Indian Run to Middle School flag pole for Stop #2…

• Partner 1 alternates between 5 Jump Ups and 5 Plank Jacks
• Partner 2 runs around to the middle parking lot curb for Clock Merkins (5 reps at 12, 3, 6, 9) and 5 Low Dollies (both are single count) x 3
• Switch

Mosey to the entrance of school for Stop #3…

• Partner 1 alternates between 5 Burpees and 5 WW2 Sit Ups
• Partner 2 Quadraphilia up to rock for 5 Carolina Dry Docks and 5 In/Outs x 3 and run back down

THE MOLESKIN:

1. Great work today men and great numbers!  Clock Merkins were harder than expected, but YHC was disappointed we didn’t do 3 rounds at every stop as planned.  The better answer to the question “why 5” is that it seemed like a number the PAX could bounce back and forth between without complete exhaustion while waiting for their partner.
2. Remember Haiti and others as they deal with the effects of the Hurricane Matthew and continue to pray for peace in Charlotte/US/World.  Pray also that we would be instruments of that peace in the areas of influence we have.
3. Seemed like there was some good 2nd F this morning.  @Google and YHC act like nervous helicopter moms every time @Pavarotti jumps a metal gate.
4. Great to have some Tradition men this morning.  Special shout out to @Buckwheat, @Pongo and @Ribshack who along with YHC are proud members of Team Bacon from the spring Mudrun.  Team Bacon is short for our official name of “Move Over Bacon There’s Something Meatier”.
5. Whenever @Gump and YHC decide on a day for lunch to debate the merits of Catholic vs. Baptist ecclesiology (church stuff) there will be a preblast so you can join in on some good spirited banter.  Until then should anyone wish to pray the LORD’s Prayer without any debate over the use of “sins, debts, or tresspasses”, here is the original version written by a guy that actually hung out with Jesus.  And what Matthew wrote in Greek predates all our English translations by at least 1400 years.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWbMgZ364iQ  This is old school!
