14 Faithful F3 Brothers (including one FNG) joined up for some parking lot fun at HRHS. Lower body fatigue ensued, along with core strengthening. Here’s how it went down…

#Disclaimer

Warmup: SSH IC x15, Windmill IC x10, IST IC x10, Merican IC x10… then roll some tires to the parking lot

Thang: Weaving a figure 8 thru the parking lot, do some things to make the PAX stronger

COT

Moleskin:

  1. Solid effort by all this morning! Thanks for the opportunity to lead. Okay… so there was a little mud on the tires. At least @UCB wasn’t rolling in it.
  2. Prayers for a complete and speedy recovery for @JohnDaly. Look forward to seeing you back out when you’re able.
  3. Welcome to FNG @Acme. Strong work this morning. Every workout will keep you on your toes… it’s worth the early wakeup call. Thanks to @Hula for the visit and EH of @Acme.
  4. @ScheduleC came alive during the skipping. He may incorporate it at his next gig. #TheSkippingBassPlayer

Side Note: I was at the new Harris Teeter at Caldwell Crossing this past Sunday from 4 to 6 with two of my boys. We were manning the Cub Scout Show and Sell table, selling popcorn and trail mix and taking donations to support and promote scouting and community involvement.  I’ve got to tell you, I’m not usually a fan of these types of events. I’m certainly more comfortable helping out behind the scenes. But what I experienced was pretty refreshing. We saw some F3 Brothers that generously aided the effort. We also met a lot of folks that we didn’t know. Sure, there were folks that had other things on their mind or weren’t interested in what we were doing. But, there were so many other folks that took time out of their busy lives and weekend duties to stop by to interact and provide their support. It was folks of all ages and all races… smiles on their faces and an openness to share. Sure, we have our problems, but we also have a whole lot of good out there too. Sunday was a refreshing day!
