Tabata is back in session

As the students returned to classes, I decided that it was time for Tabata to return to the Dawg House. We are all better for it.
After a brief telepathic disclaimer the PAX began a slow mosey toward the courtyard. High knees, Butt-kickers and Toy Soldiers were included.

Contrary to popular belief, Arm circles do not necessarily lead to leg day. Tabata is high-intensity interval training featuring one exercise done for20 seconds followed by 10 second rest for 8 cycles. 8 different exercises are performed with a 30 second rest between each new exercise.

@Sourdough, I was up and ready to go to Dawg House this morning, but shoulder aches, I think from carrying rocks overhead at Sirius last Friday – who Q’d that!? Stinks getting old.
Decided to give it another day’s rest and see what happens. Looks like a winning beatdown!
@ Schnitzel, Sorry we missed you. There were enough exercises to go around, You probably have enough pain coming your way tomorrow
