Spurred into action by @TheFarm at @Dingo’s behest, YHC committed to cover the Q @TheValley so the BAGs (bad ass BRR guys) could go run a real & fast run & practice their bad assery somewhere else without the anchor’s of we slower Pax dragging on their times.

F3 Mindbender: Those odd moments just before launch when no Pax has shown & YHC is alone with his thoughts. Where is everyone? If I leave will anyone know? It’s because Triple Threat is the cool kid in the house & is leading less than 2 miles away & everyone went to hang out with him? R2 said he was coming…..R2’s is always late……Buckwheat is out of town, Pongo hates running…….I’ll just run by myself; is that safe? Are self administered disclaimers valid on self inflicted pain? This is going to suck. 

5:30:25am- no one has shown. Time to roll. Ah, there’s R2, whew! Let’s go…….oops, another late one…..Chicken Strip from China (grove)……..two real runners & Bacon…….nice…..

Random thought: Was the Valley created so that the rabbits didn’t have to associate with the regular F3 folks at Tradition? It used to be together then someone, a Rabbit, suggested it be separated. I think this is further evidence of Rabbit’s snobbery & elitism at it’s worst. 🙂

The Thang: Learn to Count, by Ones. Run 4, 1 mile segments, resetting each mile to allow the six to catch up (me). Overacheivers (not me) can do more, just tack on mileage at end of each half mile or circle back for six at end of each segment.

Segment One- H.O.S (hill of shadows) Right

Segment Two- Mallard Creek Rd Right

Segment Three- H.O.S. Left

Segment Four- Mallard Creek Rd Left

Wrapping things up, we did 4.07-4.5 miles today.
