RippedSkin:

  1. Thanks for the opportunity to lead and for the Fellowship to keep things fun!
  2. Outstanding effort by the entire PAX! There’s #noquit in this Harrisburg crew!
  3. #TClaps to @SheepDog for the post run bonus (and for being a solid and gracious leader for multiple cub scouts in the community… including the recent Webelos camp adventure this week).
  4. Has anyone heard about the F3Dads Pain and Pancake opportunity tomorrow? Fun for all starting at 7am at Stallings Road Park.
  5. If you’re available at noon tomorrow and like beer and feats of strength, meet at @HongKongPhooey’s (4780 Myers Lane – Harrisburg) to upright two 500+ lb stones. Apparently he’s building a StoneHenge replica. One of the few things HKP can’t do by himself.
  6. Multiple @Harrisburg PAX traveling this weekend. Be safe!

  1. Solid effort by all this morning. Results will show tomorrow??

Enjoyed the pre-run @HKP. Little did I know the ripped portion of this morning would be my skin. That bridge continues to cause me more pain every day.

  2. Nice lead @Clueless! Good variation from head to toe. Not sure about results but I know I will feel it tomorrow. Enjoyed it!

  3. @Clueless – solid lead, enjoyed the mix of exercise. I have already broken 2 keyboards today before noon. I think the Merican Alternating Cross-Overs are to blame!

  4. Another good lead @clueless. 7 strong gun shows going on out there in the gloom.
