Gentlemen and Sugar, It’s an honor and a priveledge as always. As I completed my third workout this week. Boondocks, the Republic and Rollingstone I’ve come across a lot of people needing prayer and to be lifted up. As we come in contact with people throughout the day keep in mind we never know what others are going through or dealing with. It’s hard and damn near impossible to pray for all the needs out there. Be in prayer and God knows who they are. The Holy Spirit will intercede on our behalf. I ask we all keep Waterboy, Natalie (M) and Will (2.0) in your prayers as they walk through this tough time. I tweeted out a meal delivery sign up sheet last night to lighten the burden. Please sign up. It doesn’t take much.

Whatley, great workout as usual. Glad you finally decided to show up, Stretchy and I were lonely on Tuesday. Waterboy, I’m so sorry for your loss. Guys thanks for everyone reaching out, the prayers and the support. It was tough today mentally for sure but it helped. Sincerely from Natalie William and I thank you. I’ll be out next week as we go through the surgery the first part of the week but I’ll be there in spirit. Thanks brothers. I know I’m going to need the support in the coming months.
