15 pax for the weekly running of the #Cruise.

The Thang:

1. YHC reached into his magic hat of running routes and out came the Mallard Creek Park out and back route.
2. Solid route.  Felt short today for the 5 miles we got which is AWESOME.
3. Full disclosure – I-485 was not troubled but it made for a more exciting BB title.

The Naked Moleskin:

1. 5:28.  4 pax present.  Guess it will be a small group today.  5:29.  15 pax present.  How is that even possible?!
2. It was fan-freaking-tastic to have @Skipper in the pax today.  Miss that guy.  Looking forward to sharing a sweaty van with him.  NOT looking forward to sharing a sweaty van with @Glock who shared that his idea of a vacation is not having to shower for a week.  (insert sound byte of Jimmy Fallon saying “ewwww.”)
3. Looks like today was the tipping point of the warm weather run cycle with multiple guys commenting on how the heat & humidity was impacting their performance.  I think we need a graphic on the F3 Nation website to depict what kind of run day it is – like the allergy alerts on Weather Channel.  Our graphics would be pictures of @Glock with his spectacles at the many levels of fogging that he gets this time of year.  Today was a 60% #GlockFog day.
4. @Bling popped (not pooped as I had initially spelled this) a #PerformanceEnhancing gel pack pre-run.  He had better hope the F3 Doping Police don’t hit him with another random pee test.
5. Post-COT drive-by from @Gump.  He offered additional apologies to @Glock for the hit and run from the day before.
6. T-claps to @Point Break for making it out to his 2nd #Cruise and 1st #Cruise after getting his F3 Name.
