CBW…go bye bye

All All MECA Backblasts

April 26th, 2016 By Stretchy

14 Stoners barely made it out of the fartsack to eliminate weak glutes and get a classic beatdown.  And it went a little something like this…

Mosey to Bball court for warmup

SSH x 25, windmill x 15, IST x 15, peter parker x 15, side steps, karaoke down and back, then google butt shapers down to the end

mosey to swings

3 rounds of abyss merkins, dips and swerkins  switch when the merkin group gets to 10

mosey to parking lot for line jumps

double leg sideways then forward x 30 ea; right leg hop side and forward x 30, repeato with left leg

Next double leg diagonal hop down the line, return with walking RDLs – repeato with right leg then left.

Chainsaw – iron cross and indian run had a baby …down and around the parking lot

Squat Time Bomb(thanks Mortimer at Night Ranger) 10 squats each, one round

SLOW mosey for Mary

LBCs x 30, box cutter x 30, squirm x 30, W x 30

  1. Thanks for the chance to lead a great group of men.

  2. Good job Stretchy! 2nd Rolling Stone workout I have done with you Qing… always a challenge! Anyone else realize how weak (or at least uncoordinated) one leg is (i.e. mine was the left) with it not wanting to do the 1 leg hops?

  3. Oh yes. Uncoordinated is an understatement mr mcfelly. Great job stretchy. Great working out with you men

  4. Nice Q, Stretchy- feeling it in the targeted area for sure…made this morning’s cruise more of a challenge as well.

  5. Yes, I was feeling it in the workout I did today.

  6. So I’m wondering why my calves are sore and I remember that yesterday morning I hopped over lines for no apparent reason! Thanks @Stretchy!

Also, I was reading up on spots hernia (got one) prevention and rehab exercises and am finding out that a strong and flexible hip area is apparently pretty important! Who’d have thunk it!
