Where Is Everyone?!?!?!
All All MECA BackblastsMarch 30th, 2016
When I arrived on time to The Valley this morning, YHC was shocked. I think I exclaimed out loud, “What the heck, man?!” Empty parking lot…NO cars. No Q had signed up but I assumed we would all get together and figure out a route. No problem…YHC has been curious about a few of the brewery runs around town so I figured I would hit Noda brewery after work and knock out some miles with the sad clowns. However, a car pulls partially into the parking lot and sits there for a minute…then decided it was not worth it and drove off. I hope that was not an FNG. I also hope it was not one of my brothers…YHC will rag you relentlessly if I find out who it was. THEN at 5:32am, a familiar car pulls in. Thanks for posting @Guinness! Late is better than the fartsack! @Guinness chooses the Senator Royal loop, so that’s what we ran. You know the route by now and if you don’t, come join us. I am sure we will run it many times. It is a crowd pleaser.

Moleskin:
Perhaps it was the drop in temperature? Or spring break/vacation time? But it was weird going from 10+ men to 2! I hope to see more men out next week!

I wish I could say that they all enthusiastically joined me to support Pharaoh and MeCa’s newest AO, The Dawg House. But alas that would be a lie. 🙁
Hmmmm. I’m glad I went to The Valley and kept @Guinness company! That would not have been fun alone.
Thanks @Farm. It was surprisingly chilly this morning and I was glad that I overcame the Fartsack. Great push on the Senator Royale hill and on the way back to the school. The Hill of Shadows was the icing on the cake.
So basically what you’re saying, is that no one was around to witness you actually being on time?
LOL! If a tree falls in the woods, and no one is there, does it make a sound? Some mysteries we may never know for sure…
Nice job Farm & Guinness to carry forward the eternal flame of the cruise. I hope to be back out there Saturday.
LOL!!! Very true! You’ll never know!
You definitely can’t hear it in the fartsack!!!
