The threat of a brutal rain storm was just that… a threat. With a response to Sparknut’s email encouraging Q sign up and half mailing in the Q I wanted to create participation from all the Pax. Problem was only the Stoner veterans showed up plus Decaf. Thanks for not letting a few rain drops keep you locked up inside this morning. Since I’m two days late on the backblast I could be and probably am making this up. Here we go.

Mosey to Front Shelter of school for Warmarama.
30 x SSH IC
15 x Windmill IC
20 x IST IC
15 x Cotton Pickers IC
10 x Merkins IC (maybe i’m not even sure)

The Thang.

Break in to 3 groups. Group 1 head to Shelter 2 while Group 2 and 3 hang back shelter 1.
Group 2 run to shelter
Group 1 and 3 start exercising. Group 2 tag group 1 and run back to shelter 1 and tag group 3 and so on.
Each pax take turns calling an excercise to build engagement. Again none of Q-less pax attended except Decaf.

I remember bodybuilders, Wall climbers, balls to the wall, taking a sign apart for sign base hand offs. That’s just my group. It got creative.

AS always thanks for the opportunity to lead. What a great group of men at Rolling Stone. As the weather starts to warm let’s bring back the lost brothers.
