On Tuesday, the trophy for Touchdown Beatdown is up for grabs. It’s a real trophy that will forever bear the winner’s name. @Thorn was the first to etch his name on it and had the honor of displaying it on his mantle for adoring family and friends. Will he retain his title or will a new member of the PAX rise up to best him?

A mock football field will be marked off for the following 30 minute workout…

40 Lunges (single leg)
50 LBC

Run back to the other endzone repeato

It’s 240 yards and 250 reps each cycle. YHC will bring the finishing distances from the Oct edition as well as collect the new finishing distances for first time and returning PAX. #measuringresults

It’s at Highlands, but all of F3 Nation is welcome. There will also be war paint and a playlist!
