April Run in December

All All MECA Backblasts

3 pax made it out for a humid, warm, and sweaty run.

The Thang:

  1. 2 pax ran in from Winding Walk to meet 1 HC pax + any unknowns (there were none).
  2. 201 Central Loop + some bonus distance for 1 pax @ 7.5 and 2 pax @ 12+.

The Naked Moleskin:

  1. Diplomat is in his taper and only had 12 on the schedule today down from 16 last week.  He is getting ready for the Disney Double Dutch Goofey Idiotness run where he will do a 5K, 10K, Half marathon, and marathon on 4 back to back days.  Or something insane like that.  Sounds like some seriously #CSAUP stuff to me.
  2. We all agreed that running with brothers is a way better way to go.  The miles flew by this morning.
  3. Did I mention that Diplomat was running in his normal style?  No shirt.  In December.  #El Nino

    Love starting Sunday with a run. Guarantees an alert body later in the morning.

    Wonder if some of the #BRR runners will make a re-appearance come January for the Sunday long run? New Year resolutions, fresh start, or preparing for a year of CSAUP; Time Laps, BRR, Thunder Road.
