Since most all things social media and news today are about the newest installment in the Star Wars franchise, YHC decided to have a bit of fun channeling his dark side to inflict pain on his apprentices this morning. It’s no wonder that the pax were all scratching their respective noggins when he rolls out a list of 12 x 12. “What does that have to do with Star Wars?” asked little Swiss Miss. “Because this will be as bad as the prequel trilogy was.” was YHC’s reply. A little more mumble chatter from the crowd then we were nearly done with the prequels. Then YHC led his apprentices down the path to the dark side for doubles KBs 8 x 8. For the squats, he led them all the way down to the block and back (block squats that is). Then finally we got to experience an awakening in the force for an episode of 7s with waiter’s carries to which the following dialog commenced”

“This looks like Luke’s training on Dagobah.”

“Only shorter carries than last week.”

“It’s a Jedi mind trick; it’s not shorter since we moved the start location further back this time.”

Oooh, the force is strong with these.

Thanks a lot guys for letting me lead you yet again. #toGodbetheGlory when the #weakleadthestrong

  1. Good stuff, Chum. Love the creativity you bring to the gloom. Makes swingin’ and sweatin’ so much more fun. Thanks for raising the bar.
    AYE!

    1. Anytime. Maybe one of these days we’ll do something along the lines of “Sweatin to the Oldies” by Richard Simmons

Just Kidding. Not sure I wanna go there.
