Seven strong men of Mint Hill er uh Fort Mill or wherever, abandoned the warm dry fartsack to meet in Mint Hill for a proper wet lesson of 3. Little did we know a mandatory evacuation would be called.

The Thing:

Lesson of three – We pushed through 6 stations placed around campus working core, legs and arms with running in between until YHC called time. Run stations OYO focusing on form over speed.

Stations:

1. 20x LBC
2. 20x Double Step-ups
3. 10x Carolina Dry Docks
4. 20x WW2 Sit-ups
5. Lunge Walks to next station
6. 10x Derkins off the big balls

Time called and group reconvened to grab a piece of wall.
