Nine PAX gathered in the gloom and cold this morning to encourage each other on a 3.5 – 5 mile-ish run.  @Chowder brought the prescribed oven mits… but even though it was cold, his hands were hot and sweaty.  Perhaps the oven mits prescription was a bit rash on my part.

The thing:

– Park to Park… with some small modifications thrown in.  Between 3.5 and 5 miles.

Moleskin:

– There was an in-ordinate amount of talk revolving around email addresses this morning.  For those that were interested, my (Ironhide) email address is jeff.r.holton@gmail.com.  Sounds like we might put some effort into creating a F3 directory.
