A brief welcome at 0530, followed by a couple of warmup laps around the Dorton parking lot. YHC directed the PAX toward the tennis courts only to find out the gates were locked! Quick audible to across the street to the atrium buildings, where the warm-up continued…

Round 1: 5 Burpees, Down & Back
Round 2: R1 + 10 Merkins, Down & Back
Round 3: R1, R2 + 15 LBC’s, Down & Back
Round 4: R1, R2, R3 + 20 Lunges, Down & Back
Round 5: R1 – R4 + 25 Mtn Climbers, Down & Back
Round 6: R1 – R5 + 30 sec plank, Down & Back
Round 7: R1 – R6 + 35 Body squats, Down & Back
Round 8: R1 – R7 + 40 SSH’s, Down & Back
Round 9: R1 – R8 + 45 Dry Docks, Down & Back
Round 10: R1 – R9 + 50 High Knees, Down & Back

Most of the PAX made it up the ladder, but only a few started back down before YHC called the mosey over to the shelter. Mary consisted of Box Cutters & Homer to Marge before RECOVER, RECOVER was called!
