THE THANG:

Every minute, on the minute, we did 5 Merkins. In between Merkins, we did the following:

50 Squats,
50 Atomic Crunches,
100 Overhead Claps,
50 Jump Squats,
50 American Hammers
100 Side Straddle Hops,
50 Lunges (each side),
50 LBCs,
100 calf raises.

Then we ran a lap around the parking lot and back to the portico

We repeated the EMOM routine above, except we stopped counting each exercise. We just did 5 merkins every minute, on the minute, and then finished out each minute with one of the 9 exercises.

One final minute of only Merkins. Closed out with some stretching – led by Buck
