Vomiting makes for a good workout

WARMUP:
Warm up jog and dynamic stretching

THE THANG:
Start at bottom of parking lot. 10 HR merkins run to middle island, 20 squats, run to end island 5 burpees. Snake around parking lot repeating on each island until you’re at the top of parking lot. Total of 5 sets.

Next workout:
Partner A completes 10 atomic crunches, person B backpedals around parking lot until person A catches him. Then A and B switch until back to the start of parking lot.

3rd workout:
Start at bottom of parking lot. 10 Lunges run to middle island, 15 WWIIs, run to end island 20 monkey humpers. Snake around parking lot repeating on each island until you’re at the top of parking lot. Total of 5 sets.
