Mosey to the Methodist Church

Deconstructed Burpees
  • 1 Squat
  • 1 In/Out
  • 1 Merkin
  • 1 In/Out
  • 1 Jump Squat
  • 1 Burpee
  • 1 Lap

Repeato up to 5

Mosey to the Old College/Museum

  • Rd 1: Bear Crawl around the circle
  • Rd 2: Lunge Walk around the circle
  • Rd 3: Burpee Broad Jump around the circle

Long Mosey to the Cemetery

  • 50 SSH
  • 40 Flutter Kicks
  • 30 WWII Sit Ups
  • 20 Hand Release Merkins
  • 10 Burpees
  • Run the Tri-oval

Mosey to the Town Hall

  • Backward Spiderman Merkins up the stairs
  • Lunge Walk Down the ramps

Repeato x 2

100 legged calf raises (each leg)

Mosey back to the cars


  • LBC x 20
  • Pretzel Crunch (L/R) x 15
  • Crunchy Frogs x 10
