YHC took the Q to celebrate 12 yrs of marriage bliss with the M.  Good to have Soprano joining us for M3 while his foot continues to heel up.  9 total Pax in suck it bros temps, disclaimer read and we got after it.

Warm-O-Rama:  Moseyed over to the new dentist office and circled up for 15 SSH IC, 10 WM IC.  Moseyed around HT parking lot then circled up for 10 IST IC and 10 PP IC.  Moseyed back over to CBA and did some walking lunges.  Circle up in CBA lot for 10 Squats IC and 10 Merkins IC. M1, 4 Rounds:

• 100 Single under jump rope
• 20 Slam ball clean + press
• 20 KB swings
• 5 Tire flips

M2 (Mobility):   Mix of low body and spine yoga type stretches/positions. M3 (Merlot): None Moleskin / COT / Namearama:
