History Lesson with some pain!
6 other men joined the QIC this morning for a little history lesson and maybe a little pain…..maybe they will remember these dates and things???
Warmorama – Motivator to 6. QIC messed up!, 4 4×4’s, 15 BSN’s and 15 IST’c
History Lesson 1 On this day in 1989 Exxon Valdez spilled 11 million gallons of oil in the Prince WIlliam Sound. So we do 10-1 ladder so each time the count was 11. 10 merkins, 1 core killer, 9 merkins and 2 core killers. etc.
History Lesson 2 On this day in 1976 Super Bowl winning QB Peyton Manning was born. His number was 18. So we did a beast mode section here. 18 Wall Jump Burpees, 18 Decline Merkins, 18 Incline Merkins, 18 Step ups each leg
History Lesson 3 On this day in 1874 Harry Houdini was born! We did 18 Alligator Merkins and 74 LBC’s IC.
Mosey to Mary with only 2 minutes to spare we did some stretching.
Moleskin – Everyone worked really hard today. Good push and a lot sweat. By the end of burpees I think we were all sweating heavily and by the finish for the 74 LBC’s the sweat stain on the deck was the proof of the workout. Great work today men!
Prayers – no specific prayers so we just prayed over men of F3 and thankfulness to God for all our blessings in life.
It was an honor to lead today my brothers!
