60-second peoples chair down to 30 by 15 seconds

Naked Man Moleskins:
We covered over 2 miles. After a solid week for the Kannon Krue, this day was more about a moderate tempo just to keep the heart rate up and enjoy the morning outside. Great chatter. Coffee followed.
