F3-Kannon Chutes & Ladders Saturday
No Rain. Just the cool mild morning, the gray of winter holding out, and the whole of up-town Kannapolis for those who get up early Saturday to “eat the toad”. 7 pax came out for that privilege.
No “Circle of Pain” today, just a moderate jog to several of Kannon’s favorite beatdown places for a pair of ladders at each:
Mosey to DE statue for:
20 step-ups (each leg) down to 10 by 2’s
2 dips up to 10 by 2’s
Mosey to Local Patriot for:
10 derkins down to 2 by 2’s
2 mason twist up to 10 by 2’s
Mosey to band stand in Veterans’ Park for:
20 LBCs down to 4 by 4
2 Lunges (each leg) up to 10 by 2’s
Mosey to parking deck for:
10 wall jumps down to 2 by 2’s
2 V-ups up to 10 by 2’s
Mosey to top of parking deck for:
60-second peoples chair down to 30 by 15 seconds
2 merkins up to 6 by 2’s
No time for Mary.
Naked Man Moleskins:
We covered over 2 miles. After a solid week for the Kannon Krue, this day was more about a moderate tempo just to keep the heart rate up and enjoy the morning outside. Great chatter. Coffee followed.
Aloha! to Man Down & his man Max who came to see what F3 was about.
Get your rest, peeps, Monday’s coming!
