Carolina Dry Docks 11x (don’t forget to touch your head to the ground!)
1 leg Burpees 5 ea leg
Low Slow Squat 15x
Time to start the Thang
Mosey over to the school entrance
At the oval, get into a plank and plank walk to the speed bump stopping at every other parking spot for 5 merkins
Then plank walk back with 2 burpees at every other parking spot.
Mosey over to the main parking lot.
Everyone grab a parking spot for some “Legs in a Box” fun
1st round, bear crawl two spots, plank walk to the center line, crawl back two spots, plank walk to the start and do 5 LBCs, repeat so you do 10, 15, 20 LBC
2nd round, lung two spots, karaoke to the center line, lunge backwards two spots, karaoke to the start and do 5 squats, repeat so you do 10, 15, 20 squats
Circle up for 1 leg yoga squats and Al Gore
Time to line up for suicides
Run 4 parking spots 10 LBC, 10 LBC at the start line, Run 8 parking spots 10 LBC, 3 sets
Run 4 parking spots 10 low flutters, 10 low flutters at the start line, Run 8 parking spots 10 low flutters, 3 sets
Mosey back to the small parking lot for Mary,
Box cutters, Low flutter, and end with Iron Cross.
