Mosey to the parking lot across from the research nutrition center.

Warm up- 25 SSH’s IC
15 -IST’s IC
20- Plank Jacks IC
15- Wind Mills IC
10 – Cotton Pickers IC

The thang

Start with 5 of each exercise, then go up in increments of 1. All Pax made it to at least 12 reps of each exercise. Now time for some HIIT. Start at the end of the parking lot with high knees for 10 reps, then sprint to the light post in the middle of the parking lot and drop to a plank. Rinse then repeat. We did 5 rounds.

We stretched for 3 minutes or so.
