Station 1: Core Killers / Traveling Merks
Station 2: Monkey Humpers/Forward Facing Crab walks
Station 3: BTW / LBC’s To-The-Wall
Station 4: Mike Tysons/ Peoples Chair
Station 5: Carry 2 30lb jugs around building – He’s the timer
1 man at each station.
Alternate between the two exercises at your station until
Farmer comes back to the dell with jugs. Then rotate.
Good to see Smackdown back. Needed 5 or more people to pull off this workout. Got 6. In that case pair up at one station and bring an extra pair jugs so that when the pair gets to the jug station, there will be sufficient jugs for the occasion.
Other pax were there but only as by-standers (and eating doughnuts, I hear).
