While doing a lap around the parking lot ~.2 mile, each corner has one exercise
25 Mercan/50 Squat/25 Carolina Dry Dock/50 lung.
Complete 2 laps, thus doing each exercise twice
Go to the wall by the fields
60 second people chair followed by Balls to the walls with 10 shoulder taps, down the stairs and back, repeat 3 times
Finally a 10:1 ladder, Balls to the wall shoulder taps, and then run to the Ticket Booth, Monkey Humpers

1 min Abs without Habs
