While we all definitely try, the fact is, you can’t outwork a bad diet. So…for at least one month, let’s work on that. As January is the month of new year’s resolutions, it seems as good a month as any to knock off any unwanted holiday pounds. In F3 vocabulary, we will be working on our QUEEN.
We are even going to incentivize this thing. A winner will be crowned and MeCa will make a donation of $50 to the charity of the champion’s choosing. If interested, just enter your name on the SPREADSHEET along with starting weight on January 1, and log your weight during January. The winner will be the pax with the largest percentage of weight loss (spreadsheet calculates this.)
Disclaimer: It is assumed you have consulted a physician (if you are so inclined) before taking on this weight loss challenge #wearenotliable. Maximum weight loss in a one month period is obviously not sustainable, but hopefully it gives pax some confidence with dropping any unwanted weight and sets them up for a solid, healthy 2021. Even if not trying to “win,” pax can certainly join the challenge to help with motivation with any kind of weight loss goal.
Pax may use whatever diet and exercise combination they feel is safe and effective.
