Partner 1 quadrahillia up Partner 2 5 burpees then chase the Rabbit and flip flop positions all the way up to level 5.5 then 2 down 1 up all the way down. Rinse and Repeato 2 more times dropping burpees to 3 then 2.

At level 1.5 each time there were 10 hipslappers IC in balls to wall position

At level 5.5 each time there were 10 crabberwalkies IC in preachers char position.

Hoping it was a warming experience I know I got my fill chasing Toppy! Strong work by all as Big Sexy is getting Speedy! The finance guys are still having trouble with the 2 down 1 up but eventually catch on! Squidward says dayum firemen and stairs!!!! Thought we had 4 or 5 fng’s but many decided to take cover for workout this morning! Oh btw big sexy & squidward are fond of balls to the wall!!!
