10 PAX joined YHC for a little morning fun as I had planned a bit of a throw back beatdown. Consider it a Rolling Stone lesson in history!

1 minute to do the following:
20 Rounds with a bit of a time-killer run at the halfway point and 2 ‘Bonus Rounds’ of 5 Burpees/10 LBCs per minute.
Mosey back to cover for the required Monkey Humpers and a short Mary.
